Fast short-term order: over 10 days(the urgent contract of with 10 days is discussed separately). (1)Order: Fill out the order on line and upload or fax to us. After receiving our reply(E-mail) and checking the lump sum(including freight),the lump sum shall be remitted(Telegraphic transfer,T/T) in three days and notifies us by E-mail or fax (attached with the fax of remittance advice). When the sum is remitted to our account, we at once notify the Buyer that the order contract comes into force, and calculate the delivery days(note: remittance is not handled in three days, please reorder, otherwise, no guarantee for delivery date). (2)Delivery and shipment We will supply goods by the delivery date and apply customs for the Buyer. According to the Buyer¡¯s requirement, we arrenge the shipment for the Buyer(shipping by air, sea or land), fix the date of shipment and arrival and advise the Buyer to receive the goods. 2. Futures order (over 45 days): (1)Order: Fill out the order on line and upload or fax to us. After receiving our reply(E-mail) and checking the lump sum(including freight), 20%prepayment shall be paid till the delivery date, tenor at sight. The order contract will come into force when 20% prepayment remitted to our account and irrevocable L/C received, and calculate the delivery days. (2)Delivery and shipment We will supply goods by the delivery date and apply customs for the Buyer. According to the Buyer¡¯s requirement, we arrenge the shipment for the Buyer(shipping by air, sea or land), fix the date of shipment and arrival and advise the Buyer to receive the goods. 3. Quality and insurance The products of our company are manufactured based on the enterprice standards. The product quality can be guaranteed. The transportation safety is ensured by the People¡¯s Insurance Company of China, Anshan Branch. The insurance premium is paid by the Buyer. 4. Entrusted acceptance: The Buyer can entrust a Chinese representative to inspect the goods quality on site. 5.If the Buyer requests more requirements for the goods quality, please make an explanation first, and wait for our reply. |
